"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us...For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees?...But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it."

- Romans 8:18-25

I love watching sappy movies and then crying at the end.

I watched the last 30 minutes of You've Got Mail tonight.

I'm not even sure why I was crying. Is it because of the movie? Or is it a personal thing? I used to never cry during movies. Never.

Not chick flick movies with Mandy Moore in them though. Yuck.

Bra shopping was fun, but it was mostly shopping for other things.

The glasses I bought today are so freaking sexy. Rawr.

I'm almost done with The Da Vinci Code.

She's All That is up next. I'm not sure if I should watch it. I have to finish my analytical essay for History. Mmm. I guess I'll do that first.

The other day, my mom asked me if I had a boyfriend. Obviously, I told her I didn't. She said "No comon, really. Who is it?" Hah.. what a strange one. Does that mean it's okay that I can have one? She told me "Oh it's because you have high standards, huh. You won't just let anyone be my boyfriend." Haha. Yes mother, that's exactly it. Then she told me, "Okay then just remember one thing. His intelligence is the most important thing." My mother is an eccentric one, but I undoubtedly love her.

Is it possible to love someone and like someone else at the same time?

I used to think it was impossible because if you love someone you think there's no one else in the world. But then.. if the feeling's not mutual.. I guess it is possible?

So what exactly am I? But this person..mm. It's like I fell for him and then he changed, and I don't quite like what he's become. But I don't think he could be someone who I could spend eternity with. It's just not possible, but who knows?

I remember talking to my friend. She broke up with her boyfriend and had another one later on. She started having feelings for her exboyfriend. I asked her "So who exactly do you like better?" She replied, "Of course my exboyfriend.. I like my boyfriend now.. but I love my exboyfriend." A bit complicated to comprehend, but I know exactly what she means now.

I'm worried about Junior Prom. No doubt, I will not get asked. All the boys at my school are scared of me. Plus the fact that I am very strange. But then again I don't want the boys to be "attracted" to me for something I'm not. I do NOT want to appear fake just to get attention. Guys like those sweet girls who don't defend themselves and act like prissies. That's just something I won't stand for. I'm sure that all the guys at my school see me as the girl who gets her way and is weird, and cold. I don't appear as the sweet little girl who giggles and gently hits a boy's shoulder. Although, I can be like that. Well just the sweet part. :) There's only a few boys at my school who I truly respect. The others... I'm not sure what they are, but it's not something positive.

I think that's enough rambling. Time for history. If only I could type so easily for this essay and not have stupid writer's block.
