Give me one magnificent obsession Give me one glorious ambition for my life To know and follow hard after You To grow as Your dicsiple in Your truth This world is empty, pale, and poor Compared to knowing You, my Lord Lead me on and I will run after You For these past couple of days I was wondering what my life would be like or how I would live life if I did not know Christ. I can't even begin to imagine it. God is my life. Everything that I believe in, live for, and do revolves around Him. That lead me to think about my non-believing friends. Are they deprived? Empty? I guess many wouldn't think so, but I think it's only until you truly taste the Lord and the Word when magicallly somehow, you know that you are complete. Over the past few years, my journey with God has certainly been a struggle, but how wonderful it's been. I am now at the point where I am just so satisfied and truly joyful with life. He has my trust and He has my life. I cannot imagine a life without God. It's amazing because I'm only eighteen; there's so much excitement and willingness in me to do whatever God has planned for me. So... God! Use me as an empty vessel. I'm all yours. |
