Today I paid a visit to the Chen brothers--Aletheia and Chris to BAKE. Hahah! Kathy also came over and we all pitched in to make a Pilsbury Oreo Cookies n Cream cake. It was pretty easy to make, but it came out pretty successfullly. The rest of the time we just hung about, looked at Aletheia's stinky turtle named "Turtle," and talked to Chris' friends ghettoly online. OH! The brothers also made us DELICIOUS omlettes for lunch. Thanks guys. :) Kathy left to go hang out with her brother so after a couple of minutes of doing nothing, Aletheia, Chris, and I decided to go visit the WEN BROTHERS--Chris and Tim!
Aletheia making our omlettes! Chris, Kathy, and our finished project. Boys... are so weird and gross. I was around way too much testosterone. They played World of Warcraft, chased each other around with Axe cologne, and sprayed each other with Icy Dust Cleaner. Did I mention that they fart a lot too? Why do they have so much gas? Aletheia playing WoW, while Chris and Tim pay close attention. I dropped Chris Chen off so he could attend to his doctor's appointment; the rest of the gang headed over to Valley Fair so Aletheia and Chris Wen could do some shopping for girls. Mm.. Tim and I chaperoned. Haha, just keeding. :) Aiish we shopped, or rather walked around for four hours. My legs are tired. The boys waiting for the one Men's Restroom stall at Macy's. Nice hanging out with you church boys... and Kathy (my darling church sister). I've realized that it's hard without the Eastbay body. I guess I'm lacking in fellowship and the spiritual encouragement all of you constantly provide at Berkeley. It's difficult since I realized it's a pretty big transition from college to home. I wish my family could constantly talk to me about how great and just the Lord is. Thank you Sally for the call yesterday. It was great. :) I MISS ALL OF YOU!! I can't wait until Winter Retreat. Yesterday I spent my afternoon shopping at JoAnn's and Michaels. I came back home and spent five hours making Christmas gifts for Valerie, Cheryl, and Stephanie. AHh hopefully those girls will like them! HOWEVER, fortunately, in those five hours I listened to SIX Rick Holland sermons. Go me for using my time wisely and edifying! :P By the way, I feel like I've gained soooo much unnecessary flab from the holidays!!! I should exercise... |
