Wow, my grades are pretty disgusting. Meh, it's okay. You know what? At least I never have to take physics again EVER in my life. I'm DONE with physics. No more free body diagrams, forces, fluid dynamics, waves, sound, etc. Actually I think the only thing that really applies to architecture is torque, statics, and maybe angular momentum. The only thing in physics that I somewhat liked was statics. Maybe because it was easy. Pwahaha.

Over the weekend I got a little freaked out after my "intense" research on the group Local Church. Apparently teachings from Witness Lee made the group a cult--having things such as the New Recovery Bible, beliefs that man will become God, etc. I got worried because when I read some of the things that they said about Local Church, it was exactly mirroring things that we did at Church in Cupertino (not celebrating Christmas, having a retreat during Christmas time, pray-reading songs, calling on the name "Lord Jesus", having churches by the name of locality...). So yesterday I talked to Uncle Jerry after church about it. I really didn't know how to start, so I managed to say, "I have some questions about our church's history." Uncle Jerry told me that we broke away from Local Church in the past because of the unbiblical teaching by Witness Lee and it got to a point where he was self-glorifying himself. However, we still "stick" to some of the customs from Local Church because they pertain to Scripture. He specifically gave the example, "When you throw out the baby bath water, you don't throw the baby out along with it." Haha, does that make sense? I guess it did at the time. Anyway, I'm glad to know that we're not part of Local Church anymore, but I still feel... uneasy.

Yesterday I watched almost 1/3 of the first season of Alias with Valerie and Cheryl. That is some intense stuff, but not as intense as Law and Order: SVU. Oh wow and yesterday during dinner my dad told me that they killed off Casey Novak.

I need to read some books this summer that I never got a chance to read during the school year. First of all, I need to complete my second round of the New Testament and start getting into the good 'ol Old Testament. Reading list: Case for Christ, Disciplines of a Godly Woman, When I Don't Desire God, Attitudes of a Transformed Heart, Don't Waste Your Life--okay that's it for now.

I also need to reflect and read over all my notes from CFG, ET, and sermons over this past school year.

My dad bought a tennis ball machine so this summer will also be dedicated to using that ball machine every day and getting into shape. Before I do (it comes in a week), I have been CRAVING Coldstone's Apple Pie A La Mode. I must satisfy that craving first and then I will get healthy.
