"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us...For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees?...But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it."

- Romans 8:18-25

Mm... hairy legs on a rainy summer day.

Amazingly, all my stuff is in my room. Yes, I'm back at home. I'm proud of myself, though, because usually I wait a couple days, or um weeks, to unpack my things when I come back from anywhere.

So I finally caught up on my Law and Order:SVU episodes tonight. I kept thinking about it this week. I disgusted finals because they were making me miss precious Law and Order episodes. HAHA. I witnessed my SVU depravity today when Sally asked, "I wonder if I can fit all my things into my car." I said, "Oh all my stuff fit. I have a Law and Order... whoa, oops." I was going to say Law and Order: SVU, and I meant Mercedes SUV. HAHAHA.

Oh my mom also made some really good Chinese food. I was whimpering when Daniel Cheng, Justin, and Steven coerced me into eating at Berkel Berkel for dinner last night. Our rare opportunity for it to be just us Chinese people (Oh, sorry. For Daniel, Taiwanese) and we chose to eat at a Korean restaurant. Sigh. Just keeding. I love Koreans.

San Francisco was really fun! We went to Pier 39, ate clam chouder, and let the seals amuse us. I also pretended to be blind for an hour. That was quite an experience. Today I got to see the beautiful Alina Chen graduate today. Congratulations, hunny buns.

Valerie finally returned my yearbook today. I gave it to her at the beginning of college freshman year (she didn't sign it at the end of senior year). She signed it today. Haha . Anyway, I'm reading through what people wrote to me, and some stuff was pretty interesting. Here are some random lines from different people that made me smile:

"You are sooo weird. Ha. but you know that rite cuz people tell you everyday."
"Even w/your gross burping and dirty sweat shirts, I still love you!!"
"Right now at this very moment you are dancing like a maniac to the new jason mraz song"
"Promise you wont become one of those abnormal geeks at UCB and go find yourself a nice, hot guy!"
"Dude... I'm never going to forget your craziness. If there was an award for 'most likely to whip a man' you would win it for sure."
"You are very nice and sometimes painfully competitive."
"Don't steal anyone's boyfriend @ Berkeley. Those really smart girls are crazy!"

Oh yes, and the mushy gushy sentimental stuff made me smile of course.

That's just a small slice of how I was like in high school. Curious, are you? Well too bad. My past is my past. Actually some of that stuff up there is still present. Heh heh..

Wow my legs are ridiculously hairy and I want to wear a skirt tomorrow so perhaps I should get rid of that hair right now. Exciting news--I have to wake up before 7 a.m. tomorrow so I can help out for my brother's swim meet.

Oh, and why did it rain today? It's mid-May.

Nen nen nen nah to those still in school!!!
