"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us...For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees?...But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it."

- Romans 8:18-25

My brother has a valentine.

I can't believe my brother.

Today my mom found out that my brother has a girlfriend (took her long enough!). She called me to wish me a happy Valentine's day and to inform me about her discovery. She also filled me in with what was going on right at that moment.

So for those of you who have never been to my house, my backyard has a bay view. My 16-year old brother set up a candle lit dinner outside; he made lasagna and chocolate covered strawberries. I thought my brother was only capable of making TV dinners and steaming rice. He arranged the strawberries into this "volcano" decorated with a flower and icing that said "Will you go to prom with me?" Dude. What has happened to my little brother!?

He never does anything nice for ME!
